As many of you are aware, in the last 24 hours, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Reddit, and other tech giants have begun to censor “content that violates their terms” at a level not previously seen, starting with the unprecedented step of silencing the President of the United States. In addition, multiple individuals and organizations have been removed since, including: the #WalkAway movement, which had 500,000 followers on Facebook and asked people to reject the far-left, the subreddit /donaldtrump thread on Reddit, Elijah Schaffer, an investigative reporter who covered the storming of the US Capitol building, and many others.

Befriend The Constitution has never had a warning or been censored in any way on these platforms, and our content does not encourage, promote, or condone any kind of illegal or immoral activity. We simply share truth, especially religious and moral truths. We promote adherence to the Constitution, respect for law, and obedience to God. While sharing these time-honored values does not currently result in our censorship, we suspect that at any time, for any reason or no reason, and likely without recourse, we may run afoul of the censors and find our Facebook page removed.

Over the last few years, we have interacted with many of you and built a loyal following on Facebook.  Unfortunately, this has also given Facebook incredible power over our ability to reach our audience should they choose to censor or outright block us.

We are now doing our best to limit that power by giving all of our Facebook followers the choice to subscribe to our mailing list (below).
